Mica Pryor has always loved real estate. With a background as a practicing attorney in real estate and commercial law, Pryor felt she needed a change from a desk job. She made a decision. “I wanted to be out meeting people and helping them in a tangible way.”

When you choose Mica Pryor as your real estate agent, you enjoy
an unparalleled, concierge level of service from an experienced, educated professional. “You Dream It. I Deliver It!” is her business motto. “I like to be very hands-on with my clients and give each one 100 percent focus and energy.”

A consistent top listing and sales agent, Pryor is on the front lines communicating with clients seven days a week and has a two-person administrative team providing support. Clients really value her personal approach.

Having been a farm owner and lifelong horsewoman, Pryor considers herself a specialist in farm, ranch, and land sales. “I
list and sell a lot of residential properties in the Lake Ray Hubbard area, which is great fun! My passion is listing and selling country properties, especially equestrian properties. I love horses and horse people!” A former competitor in the sport of three-day eventing (an equestrian triathlon), she is now involved in the sport as a volunteer.

Pryor is also an active sales agent in the KW Commercial Division. With her law background, she is extraordinarily educated in her field and provides invaluable knowledge and experience to her clients interested in buying, selling or leasing commercial properties. “Staying educated and providing the highest level of service to my clients is very important to me,” Pryor said. “I spend a lot of time on continuing education so I can better serve my clients,” she explained. “Land and commercial sales, in particular, can be complicated and require special expertise.”

Pryor has lived in the Rockwall area since the 1990s. In 2002, she and her family moved from Rockwall to a horse farm in nearby Poetry and co-founded Poetry Community Christian School, where she is still involved as a corporate officer and volunteer. She recently moved back to her former neighborhood in Rockwall to focus on her real estate business in the Lake Ray Hubbard area. She is an active member of Lake Pointe Church, and has a daughter attending Dallas Baptist University.
